In the "glass factory", you can look over the shoulder of the coffee experts during roasting and then test the different aromas of the numerous varieties. This is best done in the company of the fine breakfast variations.
The usual excellent in-house coffee is also prepared next to the TU. If you're looking for caffeine-free refreshment, choose a light or dark "monkey milk" and then sip iced cocoa with fresh banana. There are also delicious sweets and bagels!
From the selection of the beans to their roasting, owner Peter Gries leaves nothing to chance and lends a hand himself. And you can taste that - best of all in a bright restaurant with sweet accompaniment. The various blends are also available to enjoy at home.
In the stylish and modern café you can experience the expertise of Sabrina and Manuel Mauerhofer without having to walk in the front row. The two master confectioners create sweet works of art from natural ingredients - and also roast the wonderful coffee themselves!
